Buttered Fingerling Potatoes with Chives

Ingredients
- 8 potatoes, scrubbed
- 2 T butter
- 2T finely minced chives
- ¾ T salt, plus additional
Instructions
- Boil water in a medium saucepan, add potatoes and ¾ T salt and cook about 15 minutes until tender. Strain potatoes then add back to the dry saucepan. Add butter, chives and salt to taste.
