Julia will bring Siberian Chicken Noodle, Russian Red Borscht, Heritage Bacon Split Pea, featuring Canter Hill Farm meats. September Specials: Autumn Squash with Crawford Organics delicata and butternut squash. Wrapping up tomato season with Lodal Creek Farm’s heirlooms and fresh Thai Pepper Basil in our Fire Roasted Tomato Bisque. Julie will be at the market biweekly.

AUNT MAMIE’S ITALIAN SPECIALTIES
Aunt Mamie’s Italian Specialties will bring a selection of their hand-made pastas. Aunt Mamie’s is at the market biweekly.

BACKYARD BISON
Have you been missing your Bison fix? Backyard Bison has been selling out of product and hasn’t been able to make the market regularly. Rod will attend this Wednesday, so be sure to stock up this week. He won’t be back at the market until the first Winter Market in December. So stock up now!

BIG SKY BREAD
Ezra will have Pumpkin Sweet Bread, Cranberry Sweet Bread and ginger snaps will for the fall season. He’ll also have a selection of his preservative free breads and pastries.

BLUEBERRY HILL FARM
Peg will bring green beans, yellow beans, herbs, kale, red/yellow tomatoes, red/yellow cherry, plum tomatoes, onions, leek, kale, red/white potatoes, zucchini, radishes, red/yellow/green peppers, hot peppers, pumpkins, and and dog treats.

CONEBELLA FARM
Pam will bring her fruit Yogurt Smoothies (Blueberry, Black Cherry, Peach and Strawberry), along with Fresh Mozzarella, a variety of cheese curds, aged Cheddar and Colby-based cheeses and preservative-free cheese spreads. Pre-ordering is encouraged at gable@conebellafarm.com. Pam will be at the market biweekly this season.

CRISP & CO. PICKLES
Bre will bring us her pickled delights including -dills, beets, beans, and mushrooms. Bre will be at the market biweekly this season.

FIREHOUSE DONUTS

FRUITWOOD ORCHARDS
Laurie will bring cucumbers, Sweet potatoes, pears, bell peppers, leeks, and yellow/green squash. He’ll also feature blueberries, cranberries, clover, raspberries, watermelons, pine barren honey and pure bee pollen.

Straight from our farm to your kitchen, we bring you fresh ground turkey, fresh boneless/skinless chicken, fresh eggs, fresh whole chickens, fresh duck breats, and plenty of grass-fed beef, and lamb. We have lots of sandwich meats for your school lunches and plenty of meat for all your soccer and football games. For those hectic evenings we have the quick heat ‘n serve chicken or turkey pot pies. Aw, snap! Sugar Snap apples, that is! This is THE quintessential apple and our ‘Pick of the Week’…most everyone loves it, and you’ll find it pretty much nowhere except at NSO. There’s a limited supply, so grab yours now (roasting instructions are included or read here). We’ll have LOTS of other apples, plus great fall veggies too.
