Pam will have all 14 aged cheeses, 7 cheese spreads, 4 cheese curds, 7 yogurt smoothies, 6 Greek yogurts, Cultured Butter and Fresh Mozzarella. Berlyn will have strawberry mascsrpone cake, coconut lime mini bundt cakes (vegan), and orange almond cake (gluten free), along with an assortment of her regular granolas and scones.
LINDENHOF FARM
Just in time for summer, we’ll have our new, fresh spatchcocked chickens. This technique involves splitting the chicken by removing the backbone, then flattening it, which yields a perfect roasted chicken in as little as a half hour. It also exposes more skin, which crisps up nicely at higher temperatures on the grill or in the oven.
We’ll also have plenty of farm fresh eggs, fresh pork chops, fresh chicken, fresh ground turkey, beef hamburgers, hot dogs (pork and beef), beef steaks, and easy to serve chicken or turkey pot pies for those early June cookouts and graduation parties.
