ICED MAPLE SYRUP CARDAMOM COFFEE

INGREDIENTS

  • 400 ml (1.7 cups) freshly brewed strong black coffee
  • 4 cardamom pods split
  • 120 ml (0.5 cup) milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Ice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add the cardamom pods and maple syrup into the hot coffee, mix and leave the coffee to cool down completely and let the cardamom flavour infuse into the coffee.
  2. Mix in the milk and then pour into chilled glasses with the ice in them and serve.
