- 400 ml (1.7 cups) freshly brewed strong black coffee
- 4 cardamom pods split
- 120 ml (0.5 cup) milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Add the cardamom pods and maple syrup into the hot coffee, mix and leave the coffee to cool down completely and let the cardamom flavour infuse into the coffee.
- Mix in the milk and then pour into chilled glasses with the ice in them and serve.
