La Fragola
- VERSION 1
- 1½ oz Blue Coat Gin
- ½ oz organic agave syrup (or use simple syrup)
- ½ oz Lemon juice
- ½ oz Martini and Rossi Bianco
- 2-3 organic strawberries
- Mint sprig
- VERSION 2
- 1½ oz Blue Coat Gin
- ½ oz simple syrup
- ½ oz Lemon juice
- ½ oz Martini and Rossi red vermouth
- 2-3 organic strawberries
- Mint sprig
- VERSION 3
- 1½ oz Blue Coat Gin
- ½ oz simple syrup
- ½ oz Lemon juice
- ½ oz Martini and Rossi Bianco
- 2 drops of rosewater
- 2-3 organic strawberries
- 2 sprigs of Lemon Verbena
- Versions 1 + 2: Muddle strawberries, syrup, and lemon juice in a mixing glass. Add ice, Blue Coat, Martini and Rossi Bianco and shake vigorously. Strain over ice into a collins glass and top with soda. Garnish with fresh mint sprig. Makes one cocktail
- Version 3: Much as before but add one sprig of the lemon verbena to the strawberries while you muddle, to add a bit of verbena flavor to the drink.
