A SEASON CHEF This week Ruth features Chef Ruth’s peach or curried chicken salad, salmon Caesar, lentil salad, Cajun chicken with peach salsa, and plain or artichoke hummus, as well as a variety of soups, including Gazpacho, Watermelon Gazpacho, Cucumber Melon Gazpacho, and Chili. This week she will bring the following quiches: Broccoli & Brie, Lorraine, and Mushroom.
