A Seasons Chef

My name is Ruth A Johnson, you know me as the OFM Market Manager. I am also the Chef/Owner of Seasons, A Catering Service L.L.C. My company’s services include creating menus, food delivery and set up, personal chef services as well as parties and events. Whether cooking for one person or hundreds, my greatest satisfaction is well-fed, happy clients.

I am a Culinary Institute of America (CIA) Graduate and EsCoffier Fellow, former Preferred Caterer for Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church (BMPC), and former chef of The Purple Sage. I launched Seasons, A Catering Service L.L.C. in September of 2004, after the birth of my son, to have a flexible schedule and more family time.

During the Pandemic 2020 I provided food delivery service for my clients, which I continue to this day. I create weekly menus and prepare them from scratch utilizing fresh ingredients from the farmers market when I am able. When I started in the food industry, I was intrigued with Pastry. In providing baked goods for the market, I am returning to my roots as a Pastry Chef.
