
A SEASON CHEF This week Ruth features Chef Ruth’s plain or broccoli & dill chicken salad, crabcakes, cauliflower tabbouleh, lentil salad, and plain or roasted carrot hummus, as well as a variety of soups, including Gazpacho, Watermelon Gazpacho, Cucumber Melon Gazpacho, Chili, and Manhattan Clam Chowder. This week she will bring the following quiches: Potato & Leek, Lorraine, and Pesto Shrimp. This week she will bring the following carb- and gluten-free frittatas in both small and large sizes: Asparagus and Spinach & Mushroom. FULL TABLE FARM Full Table Farm is a small 2-acre vegetable farm in Kennett Square utilizing organic and low-till practices to grow beautiful food. Find one of their farmers, Luca, at market every week. This coming week Full Table Farm will have watermelon! Their starlight watermelon consistently wins taste and texture trials. LINDENHOF FARM Lindenhof Farm is a family-run, multi-generational farm nestled in the heart of Kirkwood, PA, owned by Axel and Susan Linde.
