| A SEASON CHEF This week Ruth features Chef Ruth’s plain chicken salad, cran-apple chicken salad, potato salad with broccoli & cheddar, beet salad, Asian turkey burger, Italian pulled pork, salmon caesar, cauliflower tabbouleh, and plain or red pepper hummus, as well as a variety of soups, including Gazpacho, Cucumber Melon Gazpacho, Watermelon Gazpacho, Chicken Zoodle and Chili.
