WHAT THE VENDORS ARE BRINGING 12/17

AMAZING ACRES GOAT DAIRY
Amazing Acres will be back at the market this week with a full selection of chèvre varieties, plenty of fresh Fromagina, and all of their bloomy rind options.
The 2026 Amazing Acres calendar will be available for purchase this week! This year’s calendar features some of their favorite mother & baby moments captured over the years and is sure make you go “awww!” They are also featuring a SALE on their Sea Smoke – $2 off! This is a bloomy rind fresh cheese layered with vegetable ash. The ash works with the bloomy rind to create a distinctively assertive flavor and gives the rind its unique color, from which Sea Smoke derives its name. Great on a cheese plate with seasonal fruit, but also delicious as a burger topping! Enjoy it with a Pinot Grigio or a Pale Ale craft beer.
