
| A SEASON CHEF This week Ruth features Chef Ruth’s plain chicken salad, broccoli, dill, & walnut chicken salad, chicken kebobs, Texas style brisket, and plain or arthichoke hummus, as well as a variety of soups, including Chili, Loaded Cauliflower, Chicken Rice, Lentil, and Pumpkin Apple. This week she will bring the following quiches: Spinach, Lorraine, and Pesto Shrimp. This week she will bring the following carb- and gluten-free frittatas in both small and large sizes: Smoked Salmon and Herb & Goat Cheese. | LINDENHOF FARM Lindenhof Farm is a family-run, multi-generational farm nestled in the heart of Kirkwood, PA, owned by Axel and Susan Linde. They take pride in raising all-natural, grass-fed poultry, beef, lamb, and hogs on lush, open pastures. This week they will have lots of farm fresh eggs, along with plenty of beef roasts, pork roasts and beef cubes for a yummy hot dinner for your family.
