| A SEASON CHEF This week Ruth features Chef Ruth’s plain chicken salad, curried chicken salad, plain and avocado lime hummus, butternut lasagna, eggplant parmesan, tuna Provençal, and fun focaccia, as well as a variety of soups, including Black Bean Chili, Veggie Split Pea, Chicken Rice, and Sweet Potato Bisque. This week she will bring the following quiches: Crab, Lorraine, and Meatlover’s. This week she will bring the following carb- and gluten-free frittatas in both small and large sizes: Leek & Mushroom and Smoked Salmon. | CONEBELLA FARM Two of Conebella’s aged cheeses won awards at the Pennsylvania Farm Show this year: Sharp Cheddar and Garlic & Dill Cheddar! The Sharp Cheddar has won every year it’s been entered and is a true customer favorite. If you notice “cheese crystals” (tyrosine) on your block of cheese, consider yourself lucky: cheese connoisseurs seek them out! They’re a natural product of aging, and you’ll often find them on the end pieces. Pam will have the award-winning Sharp Cheddar and Garlic & Dill along with all of their aged and fresh cheeses, cheese spreads, yogurts, cultured butter and ice cream. | CRUSTY DELIGHT Eric will return to the market this week with his loaves of sourdough bread, fresh fruit scones, and chalk for the kiddos. Based on customer requests, Crusty Delight is offering up to 6 loaves of jalapeño cheddar bread for preorder for the 2/25 market. They will bake 3 if they get 3 to 5 preorders or 6 if we get 6; otherwise zero. These must be ordered prior to Monday afternoon to give them time to get ingredients. Any unfulfilled preorders will be refunded. They appreciate your understanding. |

Everything is made by hand with love and respect of those who came before her. She will return to the market this week with her eats and sweets, all of which are baked from scratch. This week, she will have makaronopita (baked macaroni pie with feta), spanakopita, batsarosalata (roasted beef salad with feta), tzatziki, fiery feta, yaniotika (stuffed baklava with kataifi), koulourakia (sandwich cookies stuffed with strawberry marmalade), lathokouloura (vegan olive oil cookies topped with sesame seeds), and pasteli (sesame bars). |
