
A SEASON CHEF This week Ruth features Chef Ruth’s plain chicken salad, cran-apple chicken salad, beet salad, tuna Provençal, eggplant parmesan, sloppy joe, pesto tortellini, salmon caesar, and plain or red pepper hummus, as well as a variety of soups, including Gazpacho, Cucumber Melon Gazpacho, Watermelon Gazpacho, Lentil, and Chili. This week she will bring the following quiches: Spicy Corn, Lorraine, and Salami, Pepper, & Onion.
