AMAZING ACRES
Amazing Acres will be at the market this Saturday with several bloomy rind cheeses (including a Goat Brie), as well as fresh Fromagina and assorted varieties of Chevres. Email cheese@amazingacresgoatdairy.com with any special requests for Saturday.

BOB’S BAKE-AT-HOME PIZZA
Bob will be bringing us a selection of his gourmet bake-at-home pizzas, Stromboli, soups , chilis, tomato pies, and his homemade Herb-Infused Balsamic Vinaigrette.

LINDENHOF FARM
This week fresh pork chops (thick and thin), fresh pork shoulder, sausages, beef steaks, beef roasts, ground beef are all available for your choosing. Of course, Axel is bringing plenty of fresh brown (Easter) eggs, maybe a few turkey eggs, fresh chicken or turkey pot pies, some hams and lots of lamb choices and a variety of chicken meats. Ben will bring an assortment of sausages-pork, chicken, lamb, and duck. Smoked chorizo, Andouille, Polish kielbasa, Bauernwurst, bacon, and more.

MACDOUGAL’S IRISH VICTORY CAKES

Deb will be bringing her cakes and brownies and for Spring – she will be bringing Lilly’s Sunday Bonnet – a creamy coconut cake drenched with white vanilla chocolate showered with fresh coconut and flower sprinkles.
