Think CHEESE for the holiday season. Pam will have all of our dairy products, including aged cheeses, cheese spreads, fresh mozzarella, yogurt smoothies, cheese curds, cultured butter and Greek yogurt. She will also have 3 kinds of cheese balls (bacon, garlic and horseradish), a cheese ball sampler pack which includes each of the 3 varieties and a sampler pack with 3 aged cheeses and a cheese spread. LINDENHOF FARM
We will have fresh chicken and some fresh duck this Saturday. Plus, two exciting new items: turkey sweet Italian sausage and maple apple turkey sausage. We’ll also have farm fresh eggs, lots of beef roasts, cubes, pork roasts, sausages, lamb sausages, fresh ground turkey, and a variety of other meats for making hearty stews and soups. Thank you all for a wonderful Thanksgiving market! Each year more and more customers keep our family farm busy. We will have fresh turkeys available for Christmas, as well.

This coming Saturday will be our last time at market until next fruit season. Stop by to select from several apple varieties (you know you’ll need some for holiday feasts and baking!), including Winecrisp, Stayman Winesap, Super Nova, and Hauer Pippin.
We’ll also have a nice supply of fruit butters and applesauce, which make great holiday gifts! Check your list twice – if you need more than a jar or two, contact us and let us know so we can bring along enough for your gift list. We have apple butter, cider applesauce, peach butter, pumpkin butter, and limited quantities of Asian pickled garlic and apple walnut conserve.
