| DEER CREEK MALTHOUSE Deer Creek Malthouse will return to the market this week with their locally produced brews, baking ingredients, and other household mixes. New this week is a limited edition brew collaboration, “Country Bubbles” with Triple Bottom Brewing in Philadelphia, which is a riot of effervescence and lime zest. A barley, wheat, and rye grist is fermented with farmhouse saison yeast then dry hopped with Motueka hops, producing an aroma of citrus and tropical fruit. From this bubbly and zesty beverage we sense notes of bubblegum, banana, and clove. 6% ABV.
