| A SEASON CHEF This week Ruth features Chef Ruth’s peach and curried chicken salad, Italian shredded pork, pesto tortellini salad, and plain or artichoke hummus, as well as a variety of soups, including Watermelon Gazpacho, Gazpacho, Cucumber Melon Gazpacho, and Chili. This week she will bring the following quiches: Crab, Lorraine, and Mushroom. This week she will bring Artichoke & Spinach and Asparagus frittatas. | FULL TABLE FARM Full Table Farm is a small 2-acre vegetable farm in Kennett Square utilizing organic and low-till practices to grow beautiful food. Find one of their farmers, Luca, at market every week. This week they feature tomatoes (heirloom and hybrid), kale, rainbow chard, zucchini, cucumbers, a variety of eggplant, cherry tomatoes, fresh Tropea onions, parsley, carrots, radishes, new potatoes, green beans, and possibly more. |
| LINDENHOF FARM Lindenhof Farm is a family-run, multi-generational farm nestled in the heart of Kirkwood, PA, owned by Axel and Susan Linde. They take pride in raising all-natural, grass-fed poultry, beef, lamb, and hogs on lush, open pastures. It’s time for family picnics with lots of local fresh foods. This week Lindenhof has fresh pork chops! They also have plenty of fresh chicken, eggs, and lots of sausages and hot dogs for the grill. Their beef steaks are also restocked for the week.
