| A SEASON CHEF This week Ruth features Chef Ruth’s plain or curried chicken salad, tuna Provençal, salmon burger, naked eggplant parmesan, blueberry corn salad, and plain or artichoke hummus, as well as a variety of soups, including Watermelon Gazpacho, Cucumber Melon Gazpacho, Gazpacho, and Shrimp Gazpacho. This week she will bring the following quiches: Pesto Shrimp, Lorraine, and Spicy Corn. This week she will bring the following carb- and gluten-free frittatas in both small and large sizes: Spinach & Artichoke and Smoked Salmon & Dill.
