A SEASON CHEF 
This week Ruth features Chef Ruth’s plain chicken salad, broccoli, walnut, & dill chicken salad, BBQ pork, salmon BLTs, zucchini mushroom caprese, potato salad with broccoli and cheddar, and hummus and artichoke hummus, as well as a variety of soups, including Manhattan Clam, Gazpacho, Cucumber Honeydew Gazpacho, and Chicken Zoodle. This week she will bring the following quiches: Spicy Corn, Lorraine, and Crab. FULL TABLE FARM
Full Table Farm is a small 2-acre vegetable farm in Kennett Square utilizing organic and low-till practices to grow beautiful food. Find one of their farmers, Luca, at market every week.
Full Table is harvesting broccolini, carrots, curly and lacinato kale, rainbow chard, Butterhead and romaine lettuce, arugula, power greens salad mix, green onions, garlic scapes, dill, cilantro, and possibly more. Come check out their very cool tote bags, too.

LINDENHOF FARM
Lindenhof Farm is a family-run, multi-generational farm nestled in the heart of Kirkwood, PA, owned by Axel and Susan Linde. They take pride in raising all-natural, grass-fed poultry, beef, lamb, and hogs on lush, open pastures.

RED BARN PRODUCE 
Red Barn Produce will return to the market this week with their locally grown produce. This week, they will have head lettuce, spring mix, spinach, kale, green beans, cucumbers, tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, snap peas, bok choy, leeks, garlic scapes, potatoes, carrots, zucchini, strawberries, cut flowers, corn-, soy-, and GMO-free eggs, rhubarb punch, dandelion jam, and a selection of vegetable juices.
