Fermentation Workshop

Join us as Amanda Feifer discusses the process of fermenting and does a demonstration of fermenting vegetables. She is the author of the newly published book Ferment Your Vegtables: A Fun and Flavorful Guide to Making Your Own Pickles, Kimchi, Kraut, and More. She will have copies of her book for sale and for signing. The program is free and open to the public.
