A SEASON CHEF 
This week Ruth features Chef Ruth’s plain chicken salad, peach chicken salad, broccoli slaw, salmon BLT, eggplant parmesan, grain salad, pesto tortellini, and plain or roasted carrot hummus, as well as a variety of soups, including Gazpacho, Cucumber Melon Gazpacho, Watermelon Gazpacho, New England Clam Chowder, and Chili. This week she will bring the following quiches: Broccoli & Cheddar, Lorraine, and Artichoke & Goat Cheese. This week she will bring the following carb- and gluten-free frittatas in both small and large sizes: Shiitake & Proscuitto and Asparagus. Ruth will also be bringing a variety of cookies, as well as pina colada cake and peach pie.

Bearded Clover Nuts will return to the market this week.
CONEBELLA FARM
Stop by and grab one of their new Raspberry yogurt smoothies or Greek yogurt! Pam will also have all of Conebella’s aged and fresh cheeses, cheese spreads, yogurts, and cultured butter.
And the summer of ice cream continues with their seasonal fruit flavors, including their new peach ice cream, along with traditional favorites vanilla and chocolate.

North Star Orchard will return to the market this week with their locally grown produce. They continue National Peach Month with a great selection of juicy luscious peaches! They will also have amazing plums (both itty bitty Mirabelle and purple & sweet Mt. Royal), and a couple varieties of apples plus a few Asian pears round out the fruity selections this week!

This week they feature sweet corn, cucumbers, eggplant, green onions, potatoes, peppers, lettuce, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, cantaloupe, watermelon, red raspberries, blackberries, fresh cut flowers, corn- and soy-free eggs, and whatever else is ready!
