AMAZING ACRES GOAT DAIRY 
Amazing Acres Goat Dairy will have fresh and creamy Fromagina, a wide assortment of chèvre rounds, as well as our bloomy-rind options. Try a winter salad: Chop or shred any combination of kale, cabbage, carrots, brussels sprouts, apples, and pears; toss with walnuts, bacon, Amazing Acres Herbs de Provence chèvre (pictured) and your favorite vinaigrette.
ANNA’S OVEN
Anna’s Oven will return to the market this week with their small batch, made to order desserts. This week, she features Guinness mint chocolate shamrock cakes, lemon cupcakes, brown butter sea salt chocolate chip cookies, and brownies.
A SEASON CHEF 
This week Ruth features Chef Ruth’s plain chicken salad, Waldorf chicken salad, plain and avocado lime hummus, seafood stuffed peppers, BBQ brisket, and tuna Provençal,as well as a variety of soups, including Broccoli & Cheddar, Chili, Hawaiian Seafood Chowder, and Spinach Lentil. This week she will bring the following quiches: Pumpkin Bacon, Lorraine, and Sausage Mushroom. This week she will bring the following carb- and gluten-free frittatas in both small and large sizes: Leek & Ricotta and Pesto Asparagus. Ruth will also be bringing a variety of cookies, as well as carrot cake marmalade, butterscotch pie and apple matzoh tea cake.

BOTANICAL BUBBLES
Sherri will be back this week with all of her soaps, lotions and other body products- something for everyone in the family! She uses botanicals from her own garden in many of her products.
March’s soap of the month is Daffodil. They are celebrating spring with the return of floral scents: Honeysuckle, Rose a L’orange, Lilac, and Lavender. Find soaps, lotions, and lip balms in spring scents. Getting ready for a spring clean? Shop of their all natural cleaning products.
CHIZFIT
Chizfit will return to the market this week with their non-dairy, vegan, and plant protein infused goods, including fudge brownies, pictured below.
CONEBELLA FARM

CRUSTY DELIGHT
Eric will return to the market this week with his loaves of sourdough bread, fresh fruit scones, and chalk for the kiddos.
Based on customer requests, Crusty Delight is offering up to 6 loaves of jalapeño cheddar bread for preorder for the 2/25 market. They will bake 3 if they get 3 to 5 preorders or 6 if they get 6; otherwise zero. These must be ordered prior to Monday afternoon to give them time to get ingredients. Any unfulfilled preorders will be refunded. They appreciate your understanding.

RED BARN PRODUCE 
Red Barn Produce will return to the market this week with their locally grown produce. This week, they will have lots of fresh greens, kale, sweet potatoes, onions, garlic, spaghetti and butternut squash, carrots, winter radishes, eggs, and whatever else is ready.
TRADITIONAL GREEK SWEETS
Peggy is a third generation Greek cook and baker- with two Greek Yiayias how could she do anything else! Her food is seasonal and rich in culture.
Everything is made by hand with love and respect of those who came before her. She will return to the market this week with her eats and sweets, all of which are baked from scratch.
This week, she will have spanakopita, tzatziki, fiery feta, galaktobaklava, moustokouloura (vegan grape molasses cookies), and amygthalota (gluten free almond cookies). In addition, March 25 is Greek Independence Day! Celebrate by trying their battered cod with garlic mashed potatoes, a traditional dish served on this day.
WOODSEDGE 
Brent will return to the market this week with WoodsEdge alpaca and llama clothing, as well as their honeys and beeswax candles.
