Yippee! Big Sky Bread is back! Patrick was able to find someone to work the market this week and so Big Sky is will attend with delicious breads and baked goods.
BLUEBERRY HILL FARM
Peg is bringing winter squash, onions, leeks, sweet and white potatoes, turnips, tomatoes, kale, peppers, maybe Brussels sprouts, strawberry jam, and dog treats.
BOB’S BAKE-AT-HOME PIZZA
Bob will return this week with his bake-at-home pizzas, tomato pies, 18 varieties of Stromboli, soups/chilis, and homemade dressings. Pizza varieties this week: margherita, chicken supreme, old style pesto, 3-cheese pizza, and tomato pie.

Mark will bring Crimini, Portobello, Shiitake, Gray Oyster, Yellow Oyster, Pink Oyster, King Oyster, Pom Pom (Lion’s Mane), Maitake, and Pioppino. In addition, KSS sells individual mushroom bags and blocks to ‘grow your own’ at home. This would be a great gift for friends and family. They even include a short write up on how to maintain and grow your block the best way possible at home.
Other items available will be the mushroom tea with flavors including Berry, Mint Spice, Tulsi Ginger Lemon, Pumpkin Spice, Holiday Spice, and Raspberry. All teas are herbal and organic. KSS now offers mushroom jerky at markets and a reishi mushroom soap as well. Last week to order farm fresh turkeys. All sizes available except medium heritage turkeys. We even have a few geese and ducks for an alternative dinner. For this Wednesday we have plenty of fresh eggs, fresh pork chops, fresh sausages, fresh ground pork, fresh chicken, wings, drumsticks, thighs, breasts, and those easy to serve chicken pot pies. For this cooler weather we have beef pot roasts, soup bones, beef cubes for stew, Short ribs, briskets, or a nice London Broil.
