Lynne will be at the market this Saturday with fresh Fromagina, fresh chevres (plain, dill, jalapeno-lime, herbes de Provence, roasted-garlic, rosemary-lemon and cranberry) and bloomy-rind cheeses including Baby Bloomer (bucheron style), Sea Smoke (ash-rinded) and goat brie.

George will be bringing a variety of soups, pasta, sauces and pasta salad to the market.
Liam and Kimmy will be bringing lettuce mix, Hakurei turnips, cabbage, onions, shallots, potatoes, carrots, baby kale and winter squash.
Pam will have a limited amount of Cheese Balls (Garlic & Horseradish) and sampler packs available. Grab one to have on hand for your winter celebrations. These specialty items are only sold during the holidays, so this is your last chance to get them. Pam will have all Conebella dairy products, including aged cheeses, spreads, cultured butter, Greek yogurt, cheese curds , fresh mozzarella and yogurt smoothies. Nancy will have pretzel and crispy chocolate barks (gluten and nut free), our award winning caramel pretzel bites, and a few other winter themed surprises. If you have a special event in the near future, we’d be delighted to make it a little sweeter with a custom celebration favor and personalized tag.
HOUSE CUP COFFEE ROASTERS
Brian will return this week with hot coffee to sample and whole bean and ground coffees for purchase.
We will have lots of eggs, chicken, pork roasts, breakfast links, ground turkey and lamb roasts this Saturday afternoon perfect for a nice winter dinner. We’ll also have fresh chicken and turkey pot pies, lots of beef roasts, beef cubes, pork sausages, and a variety of other meats for making hearty stews and soups. We will have several new items: whole ducks, duck breasts and quarters, turkey scrapple, turkey bbq, turkey broth, and turkey sausages.
