It’s “Showtime!”  We named this particular variety “Showtime!” because it IS showtime – time for this year’s apple crop to start getting interesting, with new and different varieties coming and going every week.  Be sure to pick up an “Apple Passport” at the market to start making your tasting notes this year.  Several varieties will grace the tables this week, along with Delicata squash, sweet peppers, carrots, beets, garlic, potatoes, and more. Pre-order items online here on Saturday and Sunday each week. NOTE: Only some apple varieties will be available to pre-order, as the volume of some rare varieties is unknown until they are picked. Stay tuned – we may have interesting ordering options for those coming soon!
