If you’re looking for a little more complexity in your goat cheese, try one of their bloomy-rind options — ash-rinded Sea Smoke, Goat Brie, a classic french Crottin, or their bucheron-style Baby Bloomer. Axel will return to the market this week with Lindenhof’s usual beef, chicken, lamb, pet food, pot pies and eggs. Lindenhof will also have frozen, whole turkeys and boneless breasts available at the market this week.
Don’t forget to preorder your Thanksgiving turkey online or in person. Lindenhof has plenty of turkeys in all sizes available, though they are sold out of the heritage turkeys. Be sure to have your order in by the evening of Friday, November 18th.
