FULL TABLE Full Table Farm is a small 2-acre vegetable farm in Kennett Square utilizing organic and low-till practices to grow beautiful food with a small but mighty seasonal crew. Find one of their farmers, Kit, at market every Wednesday! This week they’re harvesting beautiful fresh herbs including basil, parsley, and delicate, fragrant dill to pair with cucumbers (or new potato salad, salmon, or lots of other seasonal creations!). Romaine lettuce and radishes will return to the market as will butterhead lettuce, broccolini, scallions, salad turnips, carrots, and zucchini! They’ll also have new potatoes – these may look like the small red potatoes from the grocery store, but these are truly a different creature! They are creamy + perfect with almost nothing done to them beyond a quick boil. |
