This week Ruth features Chef Ruth’s plain or beet hummus, plain or peach chicken salad, and BBQ pork, Tuna Provencal, Pesto Tortellini Salad, as well as a variety of soups, including Gingered Carrot and Chili. This week she will bring the following quiches in both small and large sizes: Pesto Tomato and Ham & Potato . This week she will bring the following carb- and gluten-free frittatas in both small and large sizes: Artichoke & Feta and Spinach. Amazing Acres Goat Dairy will return to the market this weekwith a wide assortment of chèvre varieties as well as several bloomy rind options.

Full Table Farm is a small 2-acre vegetable farm in Kennett Square utilizing organic and low-till practices to grow beautiful food with a small but mighty seasonal crew. Find one of their farmers, Kit, at market every Wednesday.
This week they’re harvesting some new summer treats! Fairytale eggplant (adorable mini eggplant), shishito peppers, and fresh tropea onions are all delicious options for your July 4th grill! Broccolini and zucchini will return which are also great on the grill. Fresh basil, dill, and parsley will be available as well as great salad options: butterhead lettuce, romaine lettuce, cucumbers, carrots, and salad turnips.
DOMESTIC ABUSE PROJECT
The Board of the Oakmont Farmers Market welcomes the Domestic Abuse Project as a guest vendor at the market this week. Be sure to stop by and learn more about their organization this week at the market.

Lindenhof Farm is a small, multi-generational farm located in Kirkwood, PA, and owned by Axel & Susan Linde. They raise all-natural, grass-fed, poultry, beef, lamb & hogs on healthy open pasture. Find farmer Axel & Renee at market each week!
This week Lindenhoff is featuring their pulled pork BBQ! It’s 2 pounds of deliciousness ready to heat and serve. Bring on easy picnic sandwiches!
They’ll also have fresh chicken and eggs, as well as their large variety of pork, beef, lamb, pot pies and more!

New Bee Ranch will return to the market this week with honey, both plain and infused, as well as a big variety of small-batch, seasonal goods.

NORTH STAR ORCHARD
North Star Orchard will return to the market this week with their locally grown produce. This week they’ll have a bunch of deliciously sweet and crisp sugar snap peas, crunchy cukes, crisp lettuce and tasty Tropea. They’ll also have fingerling potatoes, garlic, and (wait for it…) the first few peaches and nectarines!

Additionally, Red Barn Produce is now approved to accept the Farmers Market Nutrition Program “FMNP” checks.
