| A SEASON CHEF This week Ruth features Chef Ruth’s plain chicken salad, dilled shrimp salad, Asian turkey burger, BBQ pork, potato salad with broccoli and bacon, and plain or red pepper hummus, as well as a variety of soups, including Chicken Zoodle, Cucumber Melon Gazpacho, Gazpacho, and Chili. This week she will bring the following quiches: Crab, Lorraine, and Potato, Lemon, & Rosemary. This week she will bring the following carb- and gluten-free frittatas in both small and large sizes: Spinach and Mushroom. They take pride in raising all-natural, grass-fed poultry, beef, lamb, and hogs on lush, open pastures. Summer grilling season is here and Lindenhof has plenty of steaks, hamburgers, sausages (pork, chicken or turkey), fresh chicken, and anything else you want to put on the grill or in the smoker.
