A SEASON CHEF This week Ruth features Chef Ruth’s plain chicken salad, lentil salad, dilled shrimp salad, Asian turkey burger, BBQ pork, potato salad with broccoli and bacon, and plain or red pepper hummus, as well as a variety of soups, including Chicken Zoodle, Cucumber Melon Gazpacho, Gazpacho, Watermelon Gazpacho, and Chili. This week she will bring the following quiches: Crab, Lorraine, and Broccoli. This week she will bring the following carb- and gluten-free frittatas in both small and large sizes: Smoked Salmon and Chilaquiles.
