| A SEASON CHEF This week Ruth features Chef Ruth’s plain chicken salad, peach chicken salad, chickpea bowls, Asian turkey burgers, blueberry corn salad, pesto tortellini, and hummus and roasted red pepper hummus, as well as a variety of soups, including Chili, Northeast Clam Chowder, Gazpacho, Watermelon Gazpacho, and Cucumber Honeydew Gazpacho. This week she will bring the following quiches: Asparagus, Lorraine, and Potato Leek Rosemary. She uses botanicals from her own garden in many of her products. July’s soap of the month is Water Lily, a circular soap embedded with water lilies.
