| A SEASON CHEF This week Ruth features Chef Ruth’s plain chicken salad, curried chicken salad, eggplant parmesan, chicken kebobs, and hummus and roasted red pepper hummus, as well as a variety of soups, including Pork Chili, Chicken Rice with Bacon, Spicy Peanut, Tuscan Vegetable, and Seafood Chowder. This week she will bring the following quiches: Pumpkin Bacon, Lorraine, and Broccoli & Cheddar.
