A SEASON CHEF 
This week Ruth features Chef Ruth’s plain chicken salad, tuna Provençal, Asian turkey burger, BBQ pork, pesto tortellini salad, and plain or red pepper hummus, as well as a variety of soups, including Chicken Zoodle, Cucumber Melon Gazpacho, Gazpacho, and Chili. This week she will bring the following quiches: Broccoli, Lorraine, and Crab. This week she will bring the following carb- and gluten-free frittatas in both small and large sizes: Mushroom and Chilaquiles. Ruth will also be bringing a variety of cookies, as well as peach cobbler and berry pie.

Eric will return to the market this week with his loaves of sourdough bread, fresh fruit scones, pizza dough, and chalk for the kiddos.
FULL TABLE FARM
Full Table Farm is a small 2-acre vegetable farm in Kennett Square utilizing organic and low-till practices to grow beautiful food. Find one of their farmers, Luca, at market every week.
 This week they will have: arugula, power greens mix, Butterhead lettuce, radishes, salad turnips, lacinato and curly kale, Swiss chard, cilantro, dill, parsley, limited strawberries and anything else that’s ready and looks great! They will also continue to bring seedlings for your vegetable garden.

This week they feature cherries, sugar peas, hull peas, strawberries, slicer tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, green beans, asparagus, rhubarb, broccoli, cabbage, pak choy, head lettuce, spring mix lettuce, power mix, spinach, radishes and cut flowers.
