
| A SEASON CHEF This week Ruth features Chef Ruth’s plain chicken salad, strawberry chicken salad, plain and artichoke hummus, lemon herb chicken skewers, corn pasta with sun dried tomatoes, shrimp stuffed shells, and pesto tortellini salad, as well as a variety of soups, including Spinach Lentil, Pork Chili, Loaded Cauliflower, and Chicken Rice with Bacon. This week she will bring the following quiches: Ham, Leek & Cheddar, Lorraine, and Mushroom & Asparagus.
