A SEASON CHEF 
This week Ruth features Chef Ruth’s plain chicken salad, curried chicken salad, eggplant parmesan, salmon BLTs, cauliflower black bean bowls, dilles shrimp, and hummus and lime avocado hummus, as well as a variety of soups, including Chili, Spicy Peanut with Chicken and Chicken Zoodle. This week she will bring the following quiches: Artichoke & Spinach, Lorraine, and Spicy Corn. LINDENHOF FARM
Lindenhof Farm is a family-run, multi-generational farm nestled in the heart of Kirkwood, PA, owned by Axel and Susan Linde. They take pride in raising all-natural, grass-fed poultry, beef, lamb, and hogs on lush, open pastures.
They are bringing lots of freshly harvested chicken in a variety of cuts such as boneless skinless breasts, party wings, boneless thighs, drumsticks, and livers. Have you tried a “spatch” cut fresh chicken on the grill or in the oven? They will also have plenty of beef steaks, ground beef, patties and chipsteak to take for dinner tomorrow night. Got pork, turkey, lamb, pot pies, and eggs?

RED BARN PRODUCE 
Red Barn Produce will return to the market this week with their locally grown produce. This week, they will have head lettuce, spring mix, power greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, green beans, arugula, spinach, asparagus, rhubarb, sweet potatoes, regular potatoes, corn-, soy-, and GMO-free eggs, fresh-cut flowers, and whatever else is ready.
TRADITIONAL GREEK SWEETS
Peggy will return to the market this week with their eats and sweets, all of which are baked from scratch in their commercial kitchen in Radnor PA.
WICK AND WONDER CANDLES
Wick and Wonder Candles will bring a variety of handmade soy candles.
