| A SEASON CHEF This week Ruth features Chef Ruth’s plain chicken salad, Waldorf chicken salad, Asian turkey burgers, tomato ricotta tarts, jumbled grain salad, and hummus and roasted garlic hummus, as well as a variety of soups, including Chili, Scampi Bisque, Gazpacho, Watermelon Gazpacho, and Cucumber Honeydew Gazpacho. This week she will bring the following quiches: Spinach, Lorraine, and Potato, Bacon, & Broccoli. | LINDENHOF FARM Lindenhof Farm is a family-run, multi-generational farm nestled in the heart of Kirkwood, PA, owned by Axel and Susan Linde. They take pride in raising all-natural, grass-fed poultry, beef, lamb, and hogs on lush, open pastures. All the beef steaks will be back at market this week. Come for the New York strip steaks, the Delmonicos, sirloins, or flat irons. There will be lots of other grilling options like pork chops, hot dogs, hamburgers, bacon, and sausages available at market. The fresh meat this week is all the chicken and turkey.
