Summer is the perfect opportunity to try new things and that includes trying new foods.  The weekend barbecue can get a tasty lift with the added flavors and colors of microgreens.  Mixing up a simple aioli of radish microgreens, garlic, dijon mustard, and olive oil will top a steak, burger, or salmon cooked on the grill with pizzazz and perfection.  On the side, offer a simple salad of sunflower and melon and the meal is a winner.  Stop by the tent and share your favorite microgreen recipe.

We will have a full complement of greens for you at the market, but you can also pre-order at www.solrigfarm.com/store.  When you place an order online, please indicate that you’d like to pick up your order at Oakmont Farmers Market in the cart area to the right of your screen. Phyllis looks forward to seeing everyone at the Market.
