| CLIFFORD FAMILY FARM Liam and Kimmy will be bringing lettuce, arugula, salad mix, tatsoi, radishes, hakurei turnips, carrots, potatoes, onions, and bok choy. Clifford Family Farm is looking forward to the winter markets too. They have a lot in the works in their high tunnels. They hope to offer the following at winter markets: kale, spinach, lettuce and salad mix, turnips, radishes, bok choy, tatsoi, a mix of other greens, and some herbs. Lindenhof is processing turkeys every week now so Axel will have a variety of sizes available, as well as turkey breasts, thighs, drumsticks, and pure turkey stock (1 qt). Lindenhof has over 150 meat items available with several new items like turkey maple-apple sausage, lamb sausages, pork shoulder (bone-in), beef roasts and plenty of the popular cuts like ground beef, steaks, all-beef hot dogs, ground turkey, boneless/skinless chicken breast, bacon and lots of farm fresh eggs (large, jumbo or duck eggs). This dilly, garlicky pickle is always a grab-bag of what’s in season; this batch features local onions and carrots, as well as New-Bee’s homegrown sunchokes.
