The board of the market is pleased to welcome A Seasons Chef to the market for the first time this week. Ruth will be attending the market this week with broccoli quiche, sausage and mushroom quiche, pepper and onion frittata, smoked salmon with green onion frittata, a variety of cookies, mini roasted banana bread, and cheesecake brownie cups.

Philly Phoods will return to the market this week with their locally grown microgreens. This week they feature Broccoli Sprouts, Rambo Radish, Dunn Pea, and Black Oil Sunflower Microgreens. PlantStation Pasta will return to the market this week with their selection of pastas and sauces. They will have their selection of five gluten free and vegan pastas and two pizzelle varieties. In addition they will be bringing their new gluten-free, dairy-free biscotti (contains eggs).

Salvaterra’s Gardens will return with their fresh, local organic produce this week. This week they feature lettuce mix, spicy European mesclun mix, arugula, tuscan kale, green kale, red kale, collards, chard, pak choy, escarole, mustard greens, dandelion greens, red leaf, green leaf, romaine lettuce, scallions, red radishes, french breakfast radishes, hakurei salad turnips, beets, carrots, fennel, parsley, dill, cilantro, slicing tomatoes, and cherry tomatoes.
This week Salvaterra’s Gardens feature snow peas and zucchini. Sweet, tender, crisp snow peas are popping off the vines in bucket-fulls as the continued cool weather produces a bountiful pea harvest. The first few pickings of the late spring peas are just the best! Get them this weekend while they last.

Traditional Greek Sweets will return to the market this week with their eats and sweets, all of which are baked from scratch in their commercial kitchen in Radnor PA. This week they feature tiropsomo (feta cheese stuffed bread), tzatziki, fiery feta spread, spanakopita, baklava, and galaktoboureko.
