WHAT THE VENDORS ARE BRINGING 6/28

A SEASONS CHEF 
Ruth will return to the market with her selection of quiches, frittatas, and other baked goods. This week she features the following quiches in both small and large sizes: Chorizo & Goat Cheese OR Dilled Shrimp. This week she features the following carb and gluten free frittatas in both small and large sizes: Asparagus & Parmesan OR Bacon with Caramelized Onion. Ruth will also be bringing chocolate chip cookies, oatmeal cookies, and snickerdoodle cookies, as well as apple fritters and petit s’more loaves.
Ruth will accept preorders via email at aseasonchef@gmail.com; however, she will be offering on site sales as well. The deadline for preorders is Sunday, in order to have necessary ingredients.
BOTANICAL BUBBLES
Sherri will return to the market this week with her line-up of household and body products. Botanical Bubbles will have all the favorites plus seasonal scents like Heaven Scent [Honeysuckle], and Dandelion Honey Thyme. Also, with spring here, Sherri will have the also have her all-natural, great smelling Bug Off! bug spray.
CONEBELLA FARM
Pam will return to the market this week åwith Conebella’s selection of dairy products. We have fresh mozzarella to go with all of those tasty, juicy tomatoes! Pam will also have a variety of aged cheddar and colby cheeses, cheese curds, cheese spreads and cultured butter. Prefer yogurt? We have both yogurt smoothies and Greek yogurt. All dairy products are made from the milk produced at our Chester County family farm. Preorders are accepted at gable@conebellafarm.com prior to Tuesday 6pm.
ENOL VINEYARDS 
enol vineyards will return to the market this week with their locally-produced wines.
enol vineyards is a fully licensed, locally owned and operated limited winery, based in Havertown, Pa. They make their wines in small batches from 100% pure varietal juices that are sourced from the world’s great wine-producing nations. enol’s wines are produced using an advanced filtration system to ensure water purity, and they minimize the use of sulfites in their wine making processes, which they believe results in a cleaner, crisper wine. FORGEDALE FUNGI 
Forgedale Fungi will return to the market this week with their farmed and foraged specialty mushrooms.
KOMBUCHA BLISS
Kombucha Bliss will return to the market with their selection of kombucha. Featured flavors this week are: Strawberry Rhubarb (using local organic rhubarb), Grape with Fig Leaf, and Lavender Berry. Pineapple Ginger and Dragonfruit will also be available for purchase. $6 each. 2 or more for $5 each. Feel free to return bottles as they can be sanitized and reused. LINDENHOF FARM
Axel will return to the market this week with Lindenhof’s usual beefchickenlambpet foodpot pies and eggs.
Celebrate Independence Day with your grill and an assortment of meat from Lindenhof! They’ve got FRESH chicken (drumsticks, breasts, wings and thighs), steaks galore, pork chops and all kinds of sausages! They’ll have lots of eggs for your egg salad and deviled eggs too!

NORTH STAR ORCHARD
North Star Orchard will return to the market this week with their locally grown produce.
NSO is anxiously awaiting the first peach harvest of the year, but they’ll pick no peach before its time. SO – if they have them, they’ll bring them. If not – you’ll see them on the following week (July 5th) for sure! NSO will also have new potatoes, lettuce, scapes and that yummy fruit-in-jars to keep you going in the meantime!
RIDGE VALLEY FARM
Sue will return to the market this week with all her maple goodies, syrups, jams, and jellies.
SALVATERRA’S GARDENS
Salvaterra’s Gardens will return to the market this week with their locally grown produce. This week they feature lettuce mix, spicy European mesclun mix, arugula, tuscan kale, green kale, red kale, collards, chard, escarole, dandelion greens, red leaf, green leaf, romaine lettuce, scallions, red radishes, hakurei salad turnips, beets, carrots, fennel, parsley, dill, cilantro, slicing tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, snow peas, zucchini, napa cabbage, and green cabbage.
Is it spring, is it summer, is it fall?? Who the heck knows! We’re going to pretend it’s summer and whip up this summertime favorite- Tomato Zucchini Casserole (see the recipe selection below)! Zucchini, tomatoes, cheese… you can’t go wrong regardless of the weather!
