NORTH STAR ORCHARD’S PEACH SMOOTHIE
Recipe from North Star Orchard
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 peeled peach
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt of kefir
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- a few ice cubes,
- 1 t. sugar, honey, or maple syrup, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine in a blender. Serves 2 (only if you want to share!).
