A SEASONS CHEF 
Ruth will return to the market with her selection of quiches, frittatas, and other baked goods. Ruth features peach chicken salad this week, which is made from North Star Orchards’ peaches, and will be available in pints, as well as Chef Ruth’s Hummus. This week she will bring the following quiches in both small and large sizes: Dilled Shrimp or Bacon. This week she will bring the following carb and gluten free frittatas in both small and large sizes: Asparagus, Red Onion, & Goat Cheese or Quinoa. Ruth will also be bringing chocolate chip cookies, oatmeal cookies, and snickerdoodle cookies, as well as Carrot Cranberry Muffins and Chocolate Chunk Blondies.
Ruth will accept preorders via email at aseasonchef@gmail.com; however, she will be offering on site sales as well. The deadline for preorders is Sunday, in order to have necessary ingredients. Be sure to follow Ruth on Instagram @chef_ruth_catering and you can pre-pay via Venmo @seasonchef
AMAZING ACRES GOAT DAIRY 
Amazing Acres Goat Dairy will be at the market this week with plenty of fresh Fromagina, and a wide assortment of chèvre varieties, as well as some bloomy-rind options. Our fresh chèvres aren’t just for salads and crackers. Try some of these combinations for a fun twist! Rosemary Lemon Chèvre: Spread on a grilled chicken sandwich. Cranberry Chèvre: Use as a topping for a turkey sandwich or stir into oatmeal. Roasted Garlic Chèvre: Top a hamburger right off the grill. Dill Chèvre: Crumble on top of a baked potato or spread on a bagel with lox instead of cream cheese. Plain Chèvre: Top with your favorite jam or chutney as a quick appetizer to serve with toasted baguette slices. Herbs de Provence Chèvre: Spread on crostini and top with your favorite tapenade. Chipotle Chèvre: Toss it on a leftover slice of pizza just before putting it in the microwave.

Axel will return to the market this week with Lindenhof’s usual beefchickenlambpet foodpot pies and eggs.
It’s back to school week and Lindenhof has a few items to feature. If you’re looking for an easy dinner idea after a busy day, try their pot pies! They’ve got chicken, turkey and beef. If you want something delicious for a packed lunch grab jerky, a beef stick, or some smoked turkey, smoked chipped ham or beef bologna for a salad or sandwich. They’ve got lots of eggs if you want to make hard boiled eggs for an easy grab and go breakfast or snack. They will also have their usual wide assortment of chicken, turkey, lamb, pork, beef & eggs available too!

Philly Phoods will return to the market this week with their locally grown microgreens.
SALVATERRA’S GARDENS
Salvaterra’s Gardens will return to the market this week with their locally grown produce. This week they feature lettuce mix, spicy European mesclun mix, arugula, Tuscan kale, green kale, red kale, collards, chard, red leaf, green leaf, scallions, carrots, parsley, dill, cilantro, slicing tomatoes (red and yellow), cherry tomatoes, zucchini (green and yellow), cucumbers, English cucumbers, yellow onions, red onions, celery, leeks, eggplant, green beans, basil, cocktail tomatoes, bell peppers, and hot peppers (jalapeño and poblano).
This week’s highlight are cocktail tomatoes. Cocktail tomatoes are slightly larger than cherry tomatoes but are just as sweet. Different shapes, sizes and colors, they are perfect for kabobs, caprese salad skewers or garnishing a Bloody Mary!
TRADITIONAL GREEK SWEETS
Peggy will return to the market this week with their eats and sweets, all of which are baked from scratch in their commercial kitchen in Radnor PA. This week they feature baklava, Saragli (baklava fingers), tiropsomo (feta cheese stuffed breast), pita chips, tiropita (cheese filled filo pockets), spanakopita, cold mountain tea, and portokalopita (honey soaked orange filo cake).
