This week Ruth features Chef Ruth’s soup, pumpkin or regular hummus and cranberry apple chicken salad, as well as a limited supply of apple, pumpkin, and sweet potato pies (small $6, large $11). Ruth also features mousse samplers in pumpkin, chocolate, and coconut custard with cookies for $11 each. This week she will bring the following quiches in both small and large sizes: Lorraine and Brie & Broccoli. This week she will bring the following carb and gluten free frittatas in both small and large sizes: Smoked Salmon & Scallion and Chilaquiles.  Ruth’s preorders are closed for the week to prepare for the Thanksgiving market; however, she will be offering on site sales. Axel will return to the market this week with Lindenhof’s usual beefchickenlambpet foodpot pies and eggs.
They will have a few extra traditional white turkeys as well as extra turkey parts (whole breast, wings and leg quarters) if you heard about more people coming over.  Lindenhof will also be bringing their usual items: beef, chicken, pork, lamb, pot pies and eggs.
Due to the high demand for products at the Thanksgiving market, Lindenhof Farm did close their preorders for this week; however, Axel is offering on-site sales for the market.
New Road Brinery will return to the market this week with Patrick’s lineup of pickles, salts, rubs, and hot sauces. New Road Brinery’s finishing salts make the perfect hostessing gift or stocking stuffer, so be sure to pick some up for the holidays this week.
Philly Phoods will return to the market in the future with their locally grown microgreens.
PlantStation Pasta will return to the market this week with their five varieties of gluten-free pasta and other goodies. This week they feature five varieties of gluten-free pasta and their seasonal, pumpkin fusilli. PlantStation Pasta will also have two varieties of gluten-free and dairy-free biscotti (in chocolate chip or pumpkin chocolate chip) and two varieties of their gluten-red and vegan pizzelles (in pumpkin or peppermint mocha. Preorder cut off is by 8:00pm on Tuesday.
Salvaterra’s Gardens will return to the market this week with their locally grown produce. This week they feature spring mix, spinach, arugula, chard, kale, collards, broccoli raab, bok choy, Napa cabbage, red cabbage, broccoli, parsley, cilantro, dandelion greens, red leaf, green leaf, romaine, pepper, eggplant, butternut, apples, Asian pears, carrots, beets, hakurei turnips, radishes, scallions, onions, potatoes, sweet potatoes, and garlic.
Brent will return to the market this week with WoodsEdge alpaca and llama clothing, as well as their honeys and beeswax candles.
