This week she will bring the following quiches in both small and large sizes: Salami & Mushroom and Broccoli & Brie. This week she will bring the following carb and gluten free frittatas in both small and large sizes:Bacon & Caramelized Onion and Asparagus & Parmesan. Ruth will also be bringing chocolate chip cookies, oatmeal cookies, and snickerdoodle cookies, as well as black forest cupcakes and carrot whoopee pies.

Kombucha Bliss will return to the market with their selection of kombucha. This week’s flavors include Pomegranate & Orange, Elderberry, Berry Lavender, Winter Citrus, and Spice Mulled. Please remember you can return your bottles to be cleaned sanitized and re-used. Most glasses recycled never actually get recycled. Preorder requests can be sent to kombuchablissorders@gmail.com. Axel will return to the market this week with Lindenhof’s usual beefchickenlambpet foodpot pies and eggs.
This week Lindenhof features their wide selection of turkey sausages! They now have chorizo, spinach & feta, rosemary & garlic, sweet Italian, apple onion, and apple maple! They will also bring sage sliders, mild Italian links, maple links, and pepper sage loose sausage. 
Lindehof will also have plenty of soup chickens, beef soup bones, beef roasts and cubes, pork roasts, lamb roasts, and lots of farm fresh eggs. 
New Bee Ranch is excited to see you Wednesday at Oakmont FM! Rachel will be bringing local, raw honey including a big lineup of immunity-boosting infused honeys. Get stocked up in beeswax body products to combat dry skin season! In addition, she’ll have fresh fermented krauts, and of course lemon curd and red onion marmalade.

North Star Orchard will return to the market this week with their locally grown produce.
NSO will have a limited amount of somewhat less-than-perfect, but still awesome, Gold Rush apples for sale by the pound. They have a VERY limited number of 20 pound bags of first quality Gold Rush still available. Order here if interested (the form will close when they sell out).
This coming Wednesday will be the last time North Star Orchard attends the market until June/July-ish.
Salvaterra’s Gardens will return to the market this week with their locally grown produce. This week they feature spring mix, spinach, baby Swiss chard, baby kale, Tuscan kale, green kale, green leaf and red leaf lettuce, green cabbage, Napa cabbage, butternut squash, carrots, beets, turnips, radishes, watermelon radish, sweet potato, yellow potato, onion, mizuna, tatsoi, apples, pears, and scallions.
