A SEASONS CHEF 
Ruth will return to the market with her selection of quiches, frittatas, and other baked goods.
This week Ruth features Chef Ruth’s hummus and Asian chicken salad and traditional chicken salad. This week she will bring the following quiches in both small and large sizes: Salami & Mushroom, Broccoli & Brie, Tomato & Shishito, and Sausage. This week she will bring the following carb and gluten free frittatas in both small and large sizes: Broccoli and Spinach Artichoke. Ruth will also be bringing chocolate chip cookies, oatmeal cookies, and snickerdoodle cookies, as well as pear gingerbread and apple blondies.

AMAZING ACRES GOAT DAIRY 
Amazing Acres Goat Dairy will be at the market with fresh Fromagina, their full assortment of bloomy rind cheeses, and a small selection of fresh chevres.
BOTANICAL BUBBLES
Sherri will return to the market this week with her line-up of seasonal soaps, lotions, lip balm, and salves. The January soap of the month is Sweater Weather- get yours while you can!
BRIA AND LATELLA’S ITALIAN AMERICAN DELI & KITCHEN 
George will return to the market this week with all the dishes you’ve come to know and love from Bria & Latella’s.
CHIZFIT
Chizfit will return to the market this week with their non-dairy, vegan, and plant protein infused goods. This week they feature blueberry cobbler and ginger cranberry apple loaf.
CONEBELLA FARM
Pam will have all of Conebella’s aged and fresh cheeses, yogurts and cultured butter. Stop by to see which cheeses won at the recent PA Farm Show cheese competition! Preorders are always accepted at www.conebellafarm.com.
ENOL VINEYARDS 
enol vineyards will return to the market this week with their locally-produced wines.
FORGEDALE FUNGI 
Forgedale Fungi will return to the market this week with their farmed and foraged specialty mushrooms.
KOMBUCHA BLISS
Kombucha Bliss will return to the market with their selection of kombucha. This week’s flavors include Pomegranate & Orange, Elderberry, Berry Lavender, Winter Citrus, and Spice Mulled. Please remember you can return your bottles to be cleaned sanitized and re-used. Most glasses recycled never actually get recycled. Preorder requests can be sent to kombuchablissorders@gmail.com. LINDENHOF FARM
Axel will return to the market this week with Lindenhof’s usual beefchickenlambpet foodpot pies and eggs.
This week Lindenhof will have FRESH ground turkey and plenty of fresh eggs! It’s also perfect soup and pot roast weather. They will have stewing hens, which make tasty rich soup or stock. Stewing hens don’t have a ton of meat, but they’re very nutrient dense and full of flavor. Lindenhof also will have various beef roasts with them, too.
NEW-BEE RANCH
New-Bee will return to the market this week with local, raw honey, and organic beeswax body products. Rachel will be bringing local, raw honey including a big lineup of immunity-boosting, infused honeys. Get stocked up in beeswax body products to combat dry skin season! In addition, she’ll have fresh fermented krauts, and of course lemon curd and THREE VARIETIES of marmalade- Lemon, Lemon/Cranberry, and Red Onion.
