A SEASONS CHEF 
Ruth will return to the market with her selection of quiches, frittatas, and other baked goods.
This week Ruth features Chef Ruth’s hummus and Asian chicken salad, as well as a variety of soups, including Chicken Rice, Sweet Potato Bisque, Chili, and Vegetarian Split Pea. This week she will bring the following quiches in both small and large sizes: Butternut and Broccoli & Cheddar. This week she will bring the following carb and gluten free frittatas in both small and large sizes: Chilaquiles and Spinach, Mushroom, & Ricotta. Ruth will also be bringing chocolate chip cookies, oatmeal cookies, and snickerdoodle cookies, as well as baklava brownies and coconut loaf.

AMAZING ACRES GOAT DAIRY 
Amazing Acres Goat Dairy will have fresh and creamy Fromagina, a wide assortment of chèvre rounds, as well as our bloomy-rind options. Try a winter salad: Chop or shred any combination of kale, cabbage, carrots, Brussels sprouts, apples, and pears; toss with walnuts, bacon, Amazing Acres Herbs de Provence chèvre (pictured) and your favorite vinaigrette.
CHIZFIT
Chizfit will return to the market this week with their non-dairy, vegan, and plant protein infused goods.
CONEBELLA FARM
Pam will have all of Conebella’s aged and fresh cheeses, yogurts and cultured butter, including a special cheese sale on smaller, selected blocks of aged cheeses. Stop by to see which cheeses won at the recent PA Farm Show cheese competition! Preorders are always accepted at www.conebellafarm.com.
CRUSTY DELIGHT
Eric will return to the market this week with his loaves of sourdough bread, fresh fruit scones, and pizza dough.
ENOL VINEYARDS 
enol vineyards will return to the market this week with their locally-produced wines.
FORGEDALE FUNGI 
Forgedale Fungi will return to the market this week with their farmed and foraged specialty mushrooms.
KOMBUCHA BLISS
Kombucha Bliss will return to the market with their selection of kombucha. This week’s featured flavors are Persimmon (locally foraged in Chester County) and dragon fruit. Additional flavors include Winter Citrus, Ginger Kick, Pineapple Twist, Berry Lavender, and Elderberry. The flavor Let’s Pom is saying its goodbye until next year, but there is a limited supply available. Please remember you can return your bottles to be cleaned sanitized and re-used. Most glasses recycled never actually get recycled. Preorder requests can be sent to kombuchablissorders@gmail.com. Your invoice can be paid online or upon pickup.
LINDENHOF FARM
Axel will return to the market this week with Lindenhof’s usual beefchickenlambpet foodpot pies and eggs.
This week Lindenhof features farm fresh eggs, bacon, smoked ham, and sausage patties or links for breakfast. They will have lots of beef chuck roasts, briskets, and steaks to have for dinner. Some lunch options to select from include: beef bologna, chipped ham, turkey bologna, or smoked turkey breast meat.
Lindenhof is not accepting pre-orders this week.
NEW-BEE RANCH
New-Bee will return to the market this week with local, raw honey, and organic beeswax body products. Rachel will be bringing local, raw honey including a big lineup of immunity-boosting infused honeys. Get stocked up in beeswax body products to combat dry skin season! In addition, she’ll have fresh fermented krauts, and of course lemon curd and red onion marmalade.

This week they feature spring mix, spinach, arugula, Tuscan kale, green kale, tatsoi, mizuna, baby chard, baby kale, Napa cabbage, green cabbage, scallions, radish, carrots, watermelon radish, beets, turnips, apples, sweet potatoes, yellow potatoes, and onions.
WOODSEDGE 
Brent will return to the market this week with WoodsEdge alpaca and llama clothing, as well as their honeys and beeswax candles.
