A SEASONS CHEF 
Ruth will return to the market with her selection of quiches, frittatas, and other baked goods.
This week Ruth features Chef Ruth’s artichoke hummus, strawberry chicken salad, and eggplant matzo lasagna, as well as a variety of soups, including Chicken Rice, Sweet Potato Bisque, and Lentil. This week she will bring the following quiches in both small and large sizes: Spinach and Lorraine. This week she will bring the following carb and gluten free frittatas in both small and large sizes: Broccoli and Caramelized Onion & Butternut. Ruth will also be bringing chocolate chip cookies, oatmeal cookies, and snickerdoodle cookies, as well as pineapple upside down cupcakes and buttered rum loaf.

AMAZING ACRES GOAT DAIRY 
Amazing Acres Goat Dairy will have fresh and creamy Fromagina, a wide assortment of chèvre rounds, as well as our bloomy-rind options. Try a winter salad: Chop or shred any combination of kale, cabbage, carrots, Brussels sprouts, apples, and pears; toss with walnuts, bacon, Amazing Acres Herbs de Provence chèvre (pictured) and your favorite vinaigrette.
BOTANICAL BUBBLES
Sherri will return to the market this week with a wide range of handcrafted home and body care products.
CHIZFIT
Chizfit will return to the market this week with their non-dairy, vegan, and plant protein infused goods.
CONEBELLA FARM
Orange Pineapple yogurt smoothies and Greek yogurt have returned! Stop by to try this special seasonal flavor, as well as all of Conebella’s yogurt smoothies and Greek yogurt. Pam will also have aged cheeses, cheese curds, fresh mozzarella, cheese spreads and cultured butter. CRUSTY DELIGHT
Eric will return to the market this week with his loaves of sourdough bread, fresh fruit scones, and pizza dough.
FORGEDALE FUNGI 
Forgedale Fungi will return to the market this week with their farmed and foraged specialty mushrooms.
KOMBUCHA BLISS
Kombucha Bliss will return to the market with their selection of kombucha. This week’s featured flavors are Pineapple Ginger, Dragonfruit, Ginger Kick, and Berry Lavender. Liz will also have more Winter Citrus, Elderberry, and Pineapple Twist for a couple more weeks.
Please remember you can return your bottles to be cleaned sanitized and re-used. Most glasses recycled never actually get recycled. Preorder requests can be sent to kombuchablissorders@gmail.com. Your invoice can be paid online or upon pickup.
LINDENHOF FARM
Axel will return to the market this week with Lindenhof’s usual beefchickenlambpet foodpot pies and eggs.
This week Lindenhof is ‘going green’ for St. Patrick’s Day and they feature their spinach and feta turkey sausage! They also have beef patties for St. Patties Day made from our 100% green grass fed beef. You can also stock up on their pot pies to prepare for the upcoming Pi Day (3.14)!
Lindenhof is not accepting pre-orders this week.
NEW-BEE RANCH
Rachel will be bringing local, raw honey including a big lineup of immunity-boosting infused honeys. Get stocked up in beeswax body products to combat dry skin season! In addition, she’ll have fresh fermented krauts, and of course lemon curd and red onion marmalade.

Salvaterra’s Gardens will return to the market this week with their locally grown produce. This week they feature spring mix, spinach arugula, baby chard, baby kale, Tuscan kale, green kale, Napa and green cabbage, scallion, carrots, beets, radishes, watermelon radish, turnips, sweet potatoes, yellow potato, onions, and apples.
SEVEN STARS SHARPENING
Seven Stars Sharpening will return to the market this week with their full service knife services.
TRADITIONAL GREEK SWEETS
Peggy will return to the market this week with their eats and sweets, all of which are baked from scratch in their commercial kitchen in Radnor PA. This week they feature baklava, spanakopita, fiery feta, tzatziki, and feta psomakia (feta and dill dinner rolls).
WOODSEDGE 
Brent will return to the market this week with WoodsEdge alpaca and llama clothing, as well as their honeys and beeswax candles.
