Ruth will return to the market with her selection of quiches, frittatas, and other baked goods.
This week Ruth features Chef Ruth’s red pepper hummus, curried chicken salad, and butternut squash lasagna, as well as a variety of soups, including Chicken Rice, Tomato and Broccoli Cheddar. This week she will bring the following quiches in both small and large sizes: Spinach and Lorraine. This week she will bring the following carb and gluten free frittatas in both small and large sizes: Broccoli & Cheddar and Smoked Salmon & Scallion. Ruth will also be bringing chocolate chip cookies, oatmeal cookies, and snickerdoodle cookies, gluten-free crinkles, as well as cheesecake brownies and apple fritters.

The Board of the Oakmont Farmer’s Market is excited to welcome Full Table Farm to the market for the first time this week. This week they feature strawberries, pea shoots, radishes, hakurei turnips, rainbow chard, red Russian kale, cilantro, spinach, arugula, spring lettuce mix, and power greens salad mix.

This week they feature their new line of fresh gluten-free pasta along with their dried pastas. They will also have chocolate raspberry biscotti and anise pizzelles. All of their products are gluten and dairy free and some are also vegan.Cut off for pre-orders is Tuesday, April 30th by 12:00 PM.

Peggy will return to the market this week with their eats and sweets, all of which are baked from scratch in their commercial kitchen in Radnor PA. This week they feature traditional baklava, tzatziki, fiery feta, koulourakia (Greek butter cookies), melitzanosalata (roasted eggplant spread), and falafel (vegan chickpea balls).

Ali is excited to return to the market this week after a long winter away! She’ll have plenty of colorful spring flowers to brighten your home! There will be both premade bouquets to grab and go, as well as loose stems to create your own bouquet.
