A SEASONS CHEF 
Ruth will return to the market with her selection of quiches, frittatas, and other baked goods.
This week Ruth features Chef Ruth’s artichoke hummus, strawberry chicken salad, and eggplant matzo lasagna, as well as a variety of soups, including Chicken Zoodle, Wedding, Split Pea with Ham, and Broccoli Cheddar. This week she will bring the following quiches in both small and large sizes: Spinach & Mushroom and Potato, Lemon, & Rosemary. This week she will bring the following carb and gluten free frittatas in both small and large sizes: Asparagus and Bacon. Ruth will also be bringing chocolate chip cookies, oatmeal cookies, and snickerdoodle cookies, as well as pumpkin scones, sweet orange rolls, and pineapple upside down corn cakes.

Amazing Acres Goat Dairy will have fresh and creamy Fromagina and a wide assortment of chèvre rounds, as well as our bloomy-rind options.

Sherri will return to the market this week with a wide range of handcrafted home and body care products.

George will return to the market this week with all the dishes you’ve come to know and love from Bria & Latella’s.

Chizfit will return to the market this week with their non-dairy, vegan, and plant protein infused goods.
CONEBELLA FARM

FORGEDALE FUNGI 
Forgedale Fungi will return to the market this week with their farmed and foraged specialty mushrooms.
HANK’S CINNAMON BUNS
Hank’s Cinnamon Buns will return to the market this week with both cinnamon buns and lemon buns. Both can be pre-ordered on HanksCinnamonBuns.com, with pre-orders being accepted until Tuesday at 10am.
KOMBUCHA BLISS
Kombucha Bliss will return to the market with their selection of kombucha. This week’s featured flavor is Passion Fruit- a tangy citrus, which is full of antioxidants. Other available flavors this week are Elderberry, Pineapple Ginger, Berry Lavender, Winter Citrus, Pineapple Twist, Dragonfruit and Ginger Kick.

LINDENHOF FARM
Axel will return to the market this week with Lindenhof’s usual beefchickenlambpet foodpot pies and eggs.
This week Lindenhof is featuring their FRESH boneless skinless turkey breast and frozen whole chicken breasts! They are both super tasty alternatives to their currently sold out boneless skinless chicken breast. Lindenhof will have more boneless, skinless chicken breast in early May again.
Lindenhof will also have fresh ground turkey and fresh stewing hens which are great for soup and making stock and broth. They still have a lot of whole chickens and chicken wings, which are great for getting back to watching baseball and cooking delicious spring meals. You could also keep it simple with a crockpot filled with a healthy beef roast or beef cubes. Remember their beef is 100% grass fed/grass finished on their farm in southern Lancaster County!
NEW-BEE RANCH
Rachel will be bringing local, raw honey and beeswax body products to combat dry skin season! Look for some new beeswax candles, low-sugar jams, and new kraut varieties this week. In addition, she’ll have an assortment of other jams and pickles, and of course lemon curd and red onion marmalade.

Peggy will return to the market this week with their eats and sweets, all of which are baked from scratch in their commercial kitchen in Radnor PA. This week they feature baklava, fiery feta spread, kataifi, galaktoboureko, tzatziki, melitzanosalata (roasted eggplant spread), amygthalota (gluten-free almond meringues), and moustokouloura (grape must cookies).
WOODSEDGE 
Brent will return to the market this week with WoodsEdge alpaca and llama clothing, as well as their honeys and beeswax candles.  
Be sure to mark your calendar for Woodsedge’s 48th Annual Alpaca and Llama Shearing Fest! It’s harvest time at WoodsEdge and they are excited to invite you to their 48th Shearing Fest at their family farm on Sunday, April 7 from 10am-3pm
There is no need for registration – it’s a free event that will be held rain or shine. Alpaca & llama food can be purchased in their Farm Store, so that you can interact and take photos with the animals. Please no dogs.
