A SEASONS CHEF 

Ruth will return to the market with her selection of quiches, frittatas, and other baked goods.

This week Ruth features Chef Ruth’s red pepper hummus, curried chicken salad, and butternut squash lasagna, as well as a variety of soups, including Spicy Peanut with Chicken and Seafood Chowder. This week she will bring the following quiches in both small and large sizes: Lorraine and Mushroom. This week she will bring the following carb and gluten free frittatas in both small and large sizes: Triple Onion and Bacon. Ruth will also be bringing chocolate chip cookies, oatmeal cookies, and snickerdoodle cookies, gluten-free crinkles, as well as baklava blondies and Mexican chocolate cupcakes.

AMAZING ACRES GOAT DAIRY 
Amazing Acres Goat Dairy will return to the market this week. With strawberry season upon us, one of our favorites simple snacks is a toasted english muffin (or other bread of choice) topped with Amazing Acres fresh Fromagina, sliced strawberries and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. In addition to Fromagina this week, we’ll have a wide assortment of chèvre varieties as well as several bloomy rind options.
BRIA AND LATELLA’S ITALIAN AMERICAN DELI & KITCHEN 
George will return to the market this week with all the dishes you’ve come to know and love from Bria & Latella’s. 
ENOL VINEYARDS 
enol vineyards will return to the market this week with their locally-produced wines.
enol vineyards is a fully licensed, locally owned and operated limited winery, based in Havertown, PA. They make their wines in small batches from 100% pure varietal juices that are sourced from the world’s great wine-producing nations. Their wines are produced using an advanced filtration system to ensure water purity, and they minimize the use of sulfites in their wine making processes, which they believe results in a cleaner, crisper wine. 
Also, in addition to their popular Blood Orange and Citrus Mango Sangria, they’ve added Pineapple Pear and Strawberry Watermelon Sangrias to their inventory.

FULL TABLE
Spring greens are in full swing at Full Table farm! This week they’ll have an assortment of bagged greens including arugula, greens mix, and lettuce mix. Their tasty butterhead lettuce will be back, as well as cilantro and delicious Hakurei salad turnips. New this week FTF will have big beautiful heads of romaine lettuce to round out your spring salad options! They’ll also have more sprouting broccoli (aka broccolini) this week if you didn’t get a chance to grab some last week – stop on by!

Hank’s Cinnamon Buns will return to the market this week with their delicious baked goods.

Featured this week: This week we will have FRESH boneless skinless chicken breasts, thighs, wings, drumsticks, whole chickens, spatch cut chickens (great to lay flat on the grill) and plenty of fresh eggs!! We will also have FRESH ground turkey, turkey wings, breasts drumsticks! So much FRESH poultry — all raised outdoors free-ranging on clean pastures, eating local grains and getting lots of fresh air and sunshine. 
We will also have a variety of pork, beef, lamb and pot pies as well.
